Les chants de gorge au début ont été pris sur YouTube (www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPI2dXcn8Vw&t=1603s) et sont performés par Kiah Hachey and Karen Flaherty.
Aucun profit n'est tiré de ce projet.
La présence des chants de gorge dans cette composition est directement issue d'une expérience personnelle, d'un voyage dans le nord qui m'a inspiré.e. Dans la première partie (Plage Blanche), j'évoque musicalement les immensités blanches et gelées du grand nord en hiver.
D'où la présence de courts segments de chants de gorge, qui sont utilisés dans une approche d'échantillonnage (sampling) plutôt que d'appropriation.
